2O17 has been a great year for a number of artist, the likes of N.I, EMZZY, KINGPALLY, ELAZEY, INZ, TIMZYMANI, PROMPHIZY, BIZAKEEM, DEECE, TALL CHEEZY and others.. Plus a bad year for numerous artist but I chose KING_DICE because it seems he's the best loser of the year..
Makplang Sokyes is a rapper who hails from JOS CITY with stage name KING_DICE/LYRICAL_DICE aka #DAT_SIGAR_DA_GARRI_BOI. In the early years of his career he dropped super dope songs like "dreams come true" "blue sky" "toh bad" amongst others... His monster hit SIGAR DA GARRI which dropped 19th OCTOBER 2014 brought him to limelight. The song features Jtown great act FREEZELINKS.
In the year 2015(18th september) KING_DICE dropped anoda banger "ASAMU KO ATASHI" which made waves in and out of JTOWN.. KING_DICE made it clear that he's not here for JOKES as his song title(ASAMU KO ATASHI) spoke for him... BUT what happened along the way?? Was the GAME to hot for him?? errthing was moving well until the rapper decided to switch to singing (reasons best known to him)...
Well singing or rapping which ever he choses is d least of his problem now.. We can all testify that KING_DICE had nothing to offer this year because he didn't work hard like his fellow colleagues in the industry... he last release of the year is ED SHEERAN's SHAPE OF YOU COVER which had poor publicity and promo just like all his 2O17 release...KING_DICE went lowkey totally as deriz little or no activities on his socials (IG,TWITTER,FACEBOOK)..
As at the time of finalizing this work intels came in that the RAPPER posted on his FB account saying we shud anticipate a new sound.... Well 2017 is gone and he failed his EXAMS... 2018 is here KING_DICE must sit up and should be ready to domimate the industry with FIA..

"The Real Problens I Have With MI Abaga"-Vector tha Viper

Nigerian Hip Hop sensation, Vector tha Viper, may look like a gentleman but he is not afraid of confrontations, as he has openly revealed why he is having issues with fellow rapper, M.I Abaga.
While speaking in an interview with PUNCH, Popular Nigerian rapper, Olarenwaju Ogunmefun, better known by his stage name as Vector tha Viper, who said he may look like a gentleman but is not afraid of confrontations, has opened up on why he is upset with his fellow rapper, M.I Abaga.
Recall that few weeks ago, Jude Abaga a.k.a M.I, released a song, “You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives”, where he criticised all rappers in Nigeria, saying they were not as good as South African rappers, and didn’t project Nigerian rappers in a good light, and after the release of the song, Vector admitted that he wasn’t happy about it.
The Hip hop artist, Vector, an encounter with Sunday Scoop, said he was upset with M.I because he felt there were better ways he could have addressed the issue rather than going public and comparing Nigerian rappers with South African rappers.
He said; “No matter how much your parents flog you, they will not tell outsiders that you are a stupid child. He doesn’t have to say it openly that SA rappers are ‘killing’ Nigerian rappers.
“I have never said this before, but the simple truth is that we shouldn’t wash our dirty linen in public. It is fine to discipline people at home and I support that. If your children mess up, you can discipline them.
“When Jay-Z released the Death of Auto-Tune, he addressed everyone and said they should all go back to rap music. He didn’t say a group of rappers is doing better than one group. I didn’t like the fact that he called out Nigerian rappers openly and was comparing us with SA rappers.”
Speaking on why he has not collaborated with MI on a song all these years, he said it was just unfortunate that whenever they wanted to work together, something always came up.
“We tried to work together on two different occasions, but it just didn’t happen. The first time was when he sent a beat to me to work on and he was supposed to be on the remix of my song, King Kong. Classiq later took his verse and did very well. We can still do something together later in the future. It is music; it is nothing serious,” he noted.
